Eagle County’s trail system is world renowned, and for good reason. It’s freaking awesome, with outstanding options from lung-buster hikes to barely-break-a-sweat strolls. Trail etiquette follows the same rules as the playground sandbox. Be nice. Share. Don’t throw dirt (or shade). Don’t take what doesn’t belong to you. We’ve got local groups that protect this trail system like it’s their firstborn, so do the same and we’ll get along famously.
